Jill Donaldson

Jill is a Senior Corporate and Securities Lawyer with extensive experience working with boards in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, strategic planning and implementation, governance and stakeholder relations, and compliance and risk management. Jill now focuses her time as a corporate director and holds her ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors and ESG Board designation (GCB.D).

Jill is the Chair of Fireweed’s Governance & Compensation Committee and a member of the Audit Committee.  Jill is Lead Director of Bluestone Resources and is also a Director, Chair of the Business Transformation Committee,  and member of the People Experience Committee and Governance and Nominations Committee at Prospera Credit Union.  She is also Vice Chair of the Board of Canuck Place Children’s’ Hospice and is on the Board of Governors of York House School.  Jill was a Director of Great Bear Royalties Corp. and the Chair of its Special Committee with respect to its acquisition by Royal Gold. As an independent director, Jill brings significant governance and transactional experience as well as risk management experience, a strategic mindset and financial acumen.
